What is the return/exchange policy?

Our return policy is as follows:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer full refunds or store credit/exchanges within 14 days of delivery date.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all labels and hang tags still attached. If tags are not attached, we will not accept a return.

  • For exchanges, place an new order for the items you want and we will send you a return label for the original package. You will receive refund for original order once we receive and inspect it (this does not include the shipping cost)

  • We cover the cost of the return labels on all exchanges and on any orders that qualified for free shipping

  • To start a return, email info@beksathletics.com within 14 days of receiving your package

  • Refunds will be made in the form of original payment

  • If items are returned past the 14 day period, we have the right the refuse return or give store credit.

  • Once we've received your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to fully process
