Didn't get the right size? No worries, we can exchange it for another size or if you didn't love our product you can return it. Check out our return/exchange policy and how to start the process!
What is the return/exchange policy?
Our return policy is as follows:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer full refunds or store credit/exchanges within 14 days of delivery date.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all labels and hang tags still attached. If tags are not attached, we will not accept a return.
- For exchanges, place an new order for the items you want and we will send you a return label for the original package. You will receive refund for original order once we receive and inspect it (this does not include the shipping cost)
- We cover the cost of the return labels on all exchanges and on any orders that qualified for free shipping
- To start a return, email info@beksathletics.com within 14 days of receiving your package
- Refunds will be made in the form of original payment
- If items are returned past the 14 day period, we have the right the refuse return or give store credit.
- Once we've received your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to fully process
