Can I make changes to my order?

Mistakes can happen and we understand! If your order has not yet been fulfilled for shipment, we are able to make the following changes:

  • Change the color or size of an item/items
  • Update your address
  • Update your email address
  • Cancel an item
  • Cancel the order

*Although we will try our best, changes cannot be guaranteed before fulfillment. For address changes after your order has been shipped please contact your shipping courier after the first scan on your order

*Please note we are unable to apply gift cards and discount codes to an order once it is placed, we apologize for any inconvenience.

What if I'm missing an item or received the wrong item/items?

Mistakes happen, but we will work hard to have it resolved as soon as possible. If you are missing an item, please check your shipping information as you may be receiving multiple packages.

Please send us an email with your order details (order number, the particular item, etc.)

What if I haven't received my order confirmation?

Confirmations are typically sent within 30 minutes of placing an order. Please check your spam/junk mail folder — sometimes our emails can get lost there.

If you still haven’t received/can’t find the confirmation email, just send us an email with your order information!
