What is the return/exchange policy?

Our return policy is as follows:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer full refunds or store credit/exchanges within 14 days of delivery date.

• Items must be returned in original packaging with all labels and hang tags still attached. If tags are not attached, we will not accept a return.

• If you ordered the wrong size, please return the original order and place new order for correct size. You will receive refund for original order (this does not include the shipping cost)

• We DO cover return shipping costs, on items that had free shipping

• To start a return, email info@beksathletics.com within 14 days of receiving your package

• Refunds will be made in the form of original payment

• If items are returned past the 14 day period, we have the right the refuse return or give store credit.

• Once we've received your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to fully process
